Helping our Troops....
No History of Mental Illness untill 2000!
Since birth until the year 2000, I was perfectly normal and did not have to take any medication at all. However in 2000, I installed a 11,000 gallon Nitrogen Tank at Pachard Bell in Sacramento and then went across the street to put in the same size tank at Procter & Gamble. I became sick and could not complete the contract and had to be hospitalized for two weeks to recover. My Doctor suspected that I was drugged, and now as a result I will have to take medication for the rest of my life. Since 2000, I have encounted major discrimination and stigma associated with mental illness. A girlfriend at the High School I attended drank from a man's soft drink can who was taking Acid and was up to four hits at that time. My girlfriend freaked out mentally and has not recovered to this day. She is mentally ill and injured never to regain her wits for the rest of her life. It's very Important that you teach your children not to drink after people. Also, I feel I am blessed to have fully recovered mentally from my ordeal, although now I suffer with side effects from the medication and of course the stigma of society. I would like to change this stigma to relieve the discrimination our returning vets will encounter due to ignorance. People who are under a Doctor's care and taking their meds are not the ones that Society needs to worry about.  It 's the ones that are off their meds and walking around mumbling or not fitting into society that we need to worry about. In closing, it's unbelievable to me that I have to pay $8.00\Day for Meds when it's in the interest of the Public to have me taking this medication. I propose the Public pay for all the Meds a mentally ill person needs inorder to fuction and work and pay taxes. When we ignore the problem of mental Illness it is bound to lead to tragedy. Thousands of our Troops are heading home and now will face the stigma of having Mental Illness due to IED attacks. It's will be like being injured twice as I was shocked at how the stigma affect employment, friendships and all relationships. As Americans, we need to change this barrier and open our hearts and wallets to our wounded vets.

VIRGINIA TECH TRAGEDY
Student with Mental Health History, Shoots up Campus-Killing 33 students and wounding 15 others. How could this happen?  Plenty of money for War, but little for mental health services.
Priorities of the Bush Administration, proof they are looking out for their base and profits. Proof they don't care for the American people or honor their will. Pure Communism failed and now we are seeing pure Capitalism fail starting our Dollars fall to pesos levels! A balance is needed inorder to make Capitalism work. Social programs and assistant to small business owners, the government assistance checks now scheduled to be sent out. This is a result of the realization that pure capitalism needs care to be successful. Proper Goverance is required.

April 16, 2006--Virgina Tech Engineering Campus Shootings

Blacksburg, VA the Campus was shot up by Cho Seung-hui a foriegn exchange student. First let me extend my sincere condolences to the families who suffered a terrible loss that day on a campus full of youthful life and promise. Our Loss is God's gain. Everything that happens is for a reason. "Not even a sparrow will fall from the sky apart from the will of God"  You know New York was a City that was well known for being the most unfriendly and having the rudest people, they would not even give people directions. Now after the 9-11 tradgedy, New York is close to the top of the list for the most friendliest City in the Country. What a miracle, God truly works in mysterous ways. I don't know why this tradgedy occurred, but maybe God is trying to change our hearts again like he changed the hearts in New York.

I have to be honest with you, I probaly won't get 5 people to vote for me to President. But atleast I tried to educate some people about saving our Country. My Dad is my hero, he served 30 years in the USAF and was spit on during Viet Nam going into the Main Gate of an Air Force Base. Protecting your rights that our great Constitution provides all Americans. Most people don't know Kerry and Bush are cousins. Most would not bother taking the time to read John W. Dean's book titled "Broken Government" or understand that processes are being sidestep that threathens all our freedoms.

Strong in the Lord, my Grand Pa James Newbern was killed on the way to church in an auto accident on Easter Suday. Moving back to the Outer Banks after College really strenghten me spirtiually and biblically. The state of the World dpresses me so I decided to do something about it! Help me make real Change. Change your attitude about Mental Health. I have to take anti depression medication, Lithum, so did Ted Turner according to an Article in the Reader's Digest. So do thousands of returning Soldiers from the War in Iraq. Their is no shame in loving yourself and your family enough to take care of yourself, taking responsibility for yourself is being mature and responsible, some see taking medication or a man crying as weakness. This weakness may be precieved as such by society; but to quote the good book "God's power is made perfect in weakness"  Read about the "Supremacy of Christ..." what an awesome sacrafice he made for all of us. So here I am, boasting about my weakness. I would like to have kept it private, but my brother told me today, it would come out if I did become President. My Doctor after several sessions and treating me said " that in his Professional Opinion, he believes "I was drugged" as I suspected, and that triggered my depression."  Well that made me feel better, phscotheraphy cost about me about $85.00 per hour. Blood Work costs me $150.00 per 3 months, $45.00 Doctor visits and then the cost of the medication! My Meds run $195.00 for a 30 day supply! That adds up to alot of money, especially since I have been sick since 2000 and have not recieved 10 cents from Social Security! I applied 4 times as the costs are a serious burden to me and my family. I thought that after the Virgina Tech Tradgedy, that it would be in the  Governments' best interest to provide free Meds to the Mentally ill. COMMON SENSE to me! Truth is the Government doesn't care about spending money on Helping the sick.
Bush doesn't care about children, or the Mentally ill and that's the truth. You can hold him responsible for the tradgedy at Virgina Tech. Bush is responsible for thousands of innocent lives being lost. Elect me and I will see he goes before the Court at the Heague and Justice is served. Our Nation will be safer, afterwards as we will bring back into the fight against terrorism Our Historic Allies of NATO and Europe. My stance on Guns is consistent with our Constitution. We have the right bear arms. They took my 9mm out a locked toolbox in my truck, To this day they have not returned my property. I own several guns and always will as long as I'm breathing. It's not the guns that kill people it's the laws they make to take away our rights. DC is the Murder capital of the Nation, baning Guns their did nothing to protect innocent lives. I was living on Park Ave in Long Beach during the Los Angelos riots, you could hear automatic gun fire a few blocks away. My liberal roomates from New York, were teasing me when I moved in about my gun collection, I was their red neck hero during the riots, they were scared, I was loading bullets.
